Supporting Chess in the Greater Philadelphia Area

PACHESS.NET

About this website

PACHESS.NET

This website was developed to make it easier to find and manage local chess clubs and announce their events in the Philadelphia area and across Pennsylvania. At this time, “PA” can refer specifically to the Philadelphia metropolitan area, including parts of New Jersey and Delaware. We are happy to list and support clubs throughout Pennsylvania.

The site also hosts webpages, tools and features to make it easier to manage a local chess club—such as posting event notices and contacting members. It was designed to provide features and learning tools not seen on popular playing sites such as Chess.com, ICC, and Lichess.

For information about this website, including if you would like us to develop a website for your club, or improve and host your existing club website, contact Michael Boldin at pachess@gmail.com.

Recommendations for new features are welcome. We welcome volunteer website developers of all experience levels.
